Today was our first time walking into this little cosy bakery store after passing by for the past 2mths.
When I step in, the whole bakery was furnish Brown & it gives you a Nature feel & Cosy.
Both of us start looking at the strawberry roll which we're thinking to buy it for the girls from DollhousePet while waiting for our baby to be ready.
I start chatting with Chef Francise asking him about his shop & when it was establish. Then we realize this shop was already 2 years old. Francise was so friendly when he know I'm so in love with str& we're talking about strawberry shortcake. He share his point of view what is a good strawberry shortcake.
For those whom have read my blog earlier, I've shared with everyone about Flor Patisserie whom made the best Berry Berries cake amongst so many hotel & cafe bakery/ pastries which I've tried.
I have yet to try their strawberry shortcake. Gotta try one of the day & keep everyone update where to find the next best strawberry shortcake.

Hokkaido Strawberry Roll
Was made out from Fresh cream with strawberries. The swiss roll was surrounded with scent of fresh strawberries fresh cream. The sponge was light & fluffy. The taste of the strawberries fresh cream was great!!! Unlike those fresh cream we usually had. Do pop by & try out this wonderful swiss roll.
