A day @ The Marmalade Pantry

THE MARMALADE PANTRY ION ORCHARD
Slated to open it's door in Sep 2009, The Marmalade Pantry
relocates it's Orchard Road flagship to his highly anticipated iconic
development at the very heart of Orchard Road. Located in a stunning
central atrium, this 100 seater " modernist larder" will continue to deliver
the best of all it's favourites along a brilliant new menu and ever-growing list of addictive desserts.

I'd claim … the easy elegance of Marmalade Pantry @ ION …has quickly become the de rigueur meeting place for ladies…"

Lunch was fun & lots of laughter this afternoon with a great friend.
We can simply talk about anything from personal to work. Feels really comfortable talking to her. The last time we met up was a year an a half ago. Time really flies...  but we're still the same old us. But I really miss the time that we had went thru in the past. She's like a big sister to me. When I'm down or need a listening ear she's always there to help & advise me. So I'm lucky to have her .. Thank You Big Sister ..

This is what I had for lunch today. Their really YUMMIE!!! Please try if you happen to be there. Reservation is required if you're going between 1-2pm to avoid disappointment.

  • CRABMEAT LINGUINI with pina nuts, tomatoes and chili ( it taste fanatically good )
  • BERRY LIME raspberry & lime syrup , soda ( refreshing not too sweet )
  • STICKY DATE & TOFFEE PUDDING with vanilla ice cream ( Malty Breakfast Tea after this dessert... Wow!!! It's a perfect combo !!! )

CUPCAKES are one of their signature. Should try..
My favourite cuppies are:

  • HAZEL
  • LIMONATA
  • BANANARAMA
  • RED VELVET
