This lemon cuppies begins with my Madagascar Vanilla Cupcake recipe. By adding fresh Lemon Zest and Juices to the batter, it simply gives you a fresh lemon flavor after baked and cooled.
A cupcake always need frosting and for this Lemon Cupcake I have simply used Cream Cheese by adding a teaspoon of pure lemon juice and zest into the frosting to give a fresh flavor and perfume in the cupcake. This is one of my friends favorite.
